Return and Exchange Policy

At Smart Light (Sirage), we are committed to our customers’ complete satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the possibility to return or exchange products according to the following conditions:

1. Duration

Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

-The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled.

-The product must be returned with all its accessories and original packaging as received.

-Products that show any damage or prior use cannot be returned or exchanged.

-If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be inspected by our technical team to verify the issue before replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

• If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of inspection.
• Shipping costs will be deducted if the return reason is not due to a company error or manufacturing defect.

4. Cases Not Covered by the Policy

• Discounted products or items under special offers.
• Products that have been used or assembled.
• Products that have lost their original packaging or accessories.
